This wall graphic was created to commemorate Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). It features famous photo of the “Capitol Crawl” protest, which led to the enactment of the ADA; as well as the Gallaudet University, the first university designed for deaf and hard-of-hearing students.
As the Art Director, I developed the concept to create easily accessible graphic, educational and visually striking. I integrated large-size visual text, in compliance with ADA guidelines, as well as braille transcription overlay to enhance engagement for the visually impaired.
